YOUR RIGHTS
Delete your BIORYA account & associated data
You can request the deletion of your BIORYA account and all data we hold about you at any time. The request is processed within 30 days, in accordance with the European GDPR.
How to submit your request
Send an email to contact@biorya.com with the subject « Account deletion request », from the email address linked to your BIORYA account.
You will receive a confirmation within 7 business days, and final deletion confirmation once your data has been removed.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, profile picture, settings)
- All your journal entries and daily reviews
- Your authentication credentials (Supabase account)
- Your customer account on the BIORYA store (Shopify)
Data we are legally required to keep
Some data is kept beyond your account deletion to comply with French & European law:
- Invoices and order records: 10 years (French Commercial Code)
- Payment proofs: 5 years (legal retention)
These records are anonymised as much as possible and stored securely.
